The Admiral's Shipyard lingers far out at sea and only accessibly by military run ships and by way of a mile long dock. Trespassers would be apprehended or even killed depending on their threat level. Men of station, and of an engineering class, are only allowed within the shipyard. As for what goes on here? No one knows but those who work inside. It's said to be the home and birthplace of the first steam powered vessel.
