This round-circular building lingers within the center of all the hustle and bustle of Thalasa's Square. It's home to the brokers and traders; not literally, of course, but to those who constantly keep to their work. All sorts of business dealings go through here no matter how major or miner, but beware of the politics here. It's guarded strictly at all hours throughout the year.
